- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed per unit requirements.- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to ethical and professional standards.- Communicate effectively with children, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.- Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
