What You Will Do

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in hiring the people who will drive Choco's mission forward.

Your hands-on recruiting activities will include :

Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the full recruitment cycle for several leadership, tech, and operations roles, from sourcing to offer.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a partner to hiring managers, delivering a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers.

Sourcing and Attracting Talent : Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview, and close candidates

Market Understanding : Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, product processes, and the competition.

Recruitment Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, adjusting as needed to achieve hiring goals.

Reporting and Analytics : Track and report on recruitment metrics, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.

What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role

1-2 years experience hiring at scale in a SaaS environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
