Inspired Solutions is seeking highly qualified and dedicated Nurse Practitioners to join our team in providing exceptional primary care services to Department of Veterans Affairs Fayetteville VA Medical Center veterans.

This role involves delivering comprehensive family practice care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical practice and patient care.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide thorough and compassionate primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records, ensuring documentation is up to date and compliant with VA regulations.
• Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and patient-centered care
• Adhere to all medical protocols, facility policies, and regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.
• Keep current with continuing education requirements and certifications to maintain board eligibility and professional competence.

WORK ENVIRONMENT :

• Location : Department of Veterans Affairs Fayetteville VA Medical Center, 7300 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
• Federal Holidays Observed : Includes all major federal holidays as recognized by the VA.
• Full-time position, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, within VA business hours (8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m.), including a 30-minute lunch break

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION :

• Must hold a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia.
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice required
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• At least 5 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner within the past 5 years, with a preference for experience within the VA system
