Robert Half Technology is looking for a REMOTE Data Analyst for a healthcare client. The Data Analyst is responsible for designing and implementing survey programs, collecting data from various sources, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data for business decision-making.

This role involves organizing data, performing statistical analyses, and visualizing data to generate actionable insights.

Duration : 1-year contract (W2)

Schedule : Monday-Friday (20 hours a week)

Responsibilities :

  • Survey Program Design : Design, program, and implement primary research surveys using software like WinCross (required), Qualtrics (required), and Confirmit.
  • Data Collection & Cleaning : Collect data from primary surveys or secondary sources, inspecting and removing errors or irregularities to ensure high-quality data.
  • Data Management : Organize data in appropriate formats for analysis, create and maintain databases from survey data, including templates, rating scales, KPIs, research / business metrics, and normative data.
  • Data Analysis : Perform data tabulation and apply statistical methods to analyze data, ensuring the results are statistically stable and reliable.
  • Data Visualization : Design and develop dashboards and visualizations for reporting and presentation purposes using tools such as Tableau.
  • Process Improvement : Streamline and automate data collection, tabulation, and analytical processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Other Duties : Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Five (5) years’ experience in a research agency or client-side responsible for survey programming, data tabulation, statistical, visualization programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Market Research, or a related field.
  • Experience with survey programming software such as WinCross, Qualtrics, and Confirmit.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, including Tableau.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in market research or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of data tabulation, statistical testing, and survey programming.

The pay range for this position is $35 / hour to $40 / hour. Benefits available to contract / temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
