Responsibilities
- Assist parents and students in-person, virtually, and on the phone
- Answer and make phone calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Assist with events coordination, such as seminars and practice test events
- Perform key administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and confirming appointments
Qualifications
- Be comfortable with navigating our student management system for administrative tasks
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Be comfortable and professional working with students
- Be willing to learn new systems and tasks
