nsight Global is searching for a Medical Office Assistant to join a behavioral health clinic in West Ashley, Charleston, SC for one of our largest healthcare clients in the Southeast.
This position is a standard 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM schedule, working Monday Friday fully onsite.
This individual will be responsible for patient registration, including check in / check out, insurance verification, some scheduling, and other administrative tasks for the patients of this clinic.
This clinic services adult psychiatric patients and sees a high volume of patients on a daily basis, typically around 100 per day.
This clinic also handles a lot of medication management for those patients. This position will be working alongside 2 other MOA’s as well as the clinical staff that works at the clinic.
Most of your administrative work can be done via the computer via the Epic EMR system.
