What we expect from you
Asa General Manager, You'll Have The Opportunity To
- Lead the restaurantmanagement team to meet sales and budget goals
- Monitor tasks performed byemployees to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, & Cleanlinessprograms
- Ensure proper training and compliance
- Manage food, labor, andpaper costs as well as other controllable expenses
- Make decisions regardingthe hiring and termination of employees
- Attend meetings requested by theDistrict Manager or Area Director
- Develop restaurant operation skills andgrow within the organization
Tobe successful as a General Manager, we expect you to :
- Have 3 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience
- Be able toperform all duties of restaurant staff
- Have strongsupervisory, organizational, and communication skills
