Job Title : Supply Chain Analyst 1
Duration : 6+ months (High possibility of extension)
Location : Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid schedule : 4 days on-site, 1 remote)
Job Description :
- PSI team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales team.
- The analyst will be responsible for supporting / managing a specific range of products and will work closely with Product Marketing / Sales and Sales OP / HQ Factory counterparts to procure inventory and inventory status.
- The individual will also generate reports and represent the SCM team when working internal / external customers.
- He / She will be point of contact for supply related issues and will interact closely with all teams.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Purchase / Sales / Inventory Management
- Forecasting AP2 Demand
- Order management
- Attend meetings with counterparts
- Maximize Revenue
- KPI Management
- Run ad hoc reports
Required Knowledge , Education, and / or Experience :
- Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Math or similar
- 1 3-year work experience in relevant field
- Excellent Analytical Skills / Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Office Suite / SAP experience helpful
- Korean Language (not a mandate but helpful)
- Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
- Must be available to consistently work overtime and on Monday holidays (not a full working day)
Education and Years of Experience :
- College Graduate
- 3+ / fresh out of college with SCM or Math major are ok
