JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop customer segmentation strategies.
- Analyze and interpret data using SQL, Redshift, Oracle, and NoSQL.
- Create data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools.
- Provide recommendations on new metrics for better understanding of business performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer retention campaigns.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analyzing and interpreting data.
- Customer lifetime value or Economic value experience.Strong SQL and scripting experience (Python).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Quicksight).
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
- Experience in building ML models to solve practical problems.
- Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, SAS, Matlab).
