Intervention Specialist
Location : Cleveland, OH
Job Type : Full-Time
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans for students.
- Provide direct support and instruction to students in need of academic assistance.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify students requiring interventions.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and intervention strategies.
- Participate in professional development and ongoing training to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
- Valid Ohio teaching certification in Special Education or Intervention Specialist.
- Experience working with students who have diverse learning needs.
- Knowledge of intervention strategies and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
