About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for Pharma Advertising with a focus on DTC. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the day-to-day management of assigned accounts, identifying and pursuing opportunities for organic growth, and ensuring the strategic direction is in line with brand objectives.
This role involves managing and overseeing the work of the account services team, working cross-functionally to meet client goals, and developing strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising marketing, with a deep understanding of high science categories, and a proven track record in client management and team leadership.
Applicants for the Senior Managing Director position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 6 years' supervisory experience.
The role requires superb communication, interpersonal, and client management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The candidate will be responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the accounts, including setting the direction, ensuring the team has the necessary resources, and being involved in the hiring and training of new staff.
A strong background in DTC advertising and experience in a similar leadership role within the industry is essential.
