In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance to management.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
