Part Time - Data Entry / Dispatch Assistant
2401 S. Broadway Ave. Moore, OK 73160, USA *Part-Time
Silver Star Construction, Inc. / Paving Materials, LLC is seeking a Part-Time data entry / dispatch assistant. We are looking for a detailed oriented person who is able to learn and use various software platforms.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday. Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week. This position could require more hours in the future and in time could grow into a full - time position.
Requirements :
- Proficient in computer software data entry
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Service oriented toward our employees and vendors
- Meet deadlines to move information / data through dispatching to accounting processes
- Ability to learn new processes
- Approve time cards
- Verify and review material transactions
- Data entry of material tickets
- Excel Spreadsheets
- Sorting hard copy material tickets
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow technical instructions
Qualifications :
- Ability to conduct and analyze information accurately
- Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry and proofreading
- Must pass the background check, drug screen / physical
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1-2 years data entry experience preferred
