Estamos buscando una cuidadora de adulto mayor compasiva y responsable para proporcionar atención y apoyo a un cliente en East Hartford, CT.
El horario de trabajo es de lunes, miércoles, viernes, sábado y domingo, de 9 : 00 AM a 5 : 00 PM, sumando un total de 40 horas por semana.
NO necesitas transporte
Responsabilidades Principales
- Preparar y servir comidas nutritivas, teniendo en cuenta cualquier dieta especial.
- Asistir con la movilidad del cliente dentro del hogar y durante las actividades diarias.
- Recirdar la toma de medicamentos según las indicaciones del médico.
- Monitorizar y reportar cambios en la salud del cliente.
- Proporcionar compañía y participar en conversaciones y actividades recreativas.
- Fomentar un ambiente positivo y de apoyo para el bienestar del cliente.
- Realizar tareas domésticas ligeras, como la limpieza y la organización del hogar.
- Asistir con la lavandería y el mantenimiento de la ropa del cliente.
- Mantener una comunicación regular con el personal de la agencia.
- Documentar todas las actividades diarias y cualquier incidente que ocurra.
- Reportar cualquier inquietud o necesidad adicional del cliente.
