Sales Support Manager
BradyPlus is currently accepting applications for a new Sales Support Manager for our Raleigh, NC distribution center. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has experience in sales / distribution and ideally some familiarity with Foodservice disposables, Jan / San and Industrial Packaging.
This position involves daily interaction with our sales team, purchasing, accounts receivables and Operations teams. Familiarity with ERP and querying tools a strong plus.
Sales Support Manager
This position is essential to the sales team and Brady. Sales Support Managers are responsible for providing support to dedicated Sales Representatives and their customers.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop a rapport with current sales team, and breaking down barriers to sales success
- Assist sales leader with setting sales and gross margin goals with each salesperson
- Identify and assist with closing key opportunities that will expand sales within the Branch
- Help plan, organize and administer monthly sales meetings, providing sales training and opportunities for manufacturers to expand and develop sales programs
- Be able to collect, track, and report information to corporate and branch when needed
- Assist the direction, coordination and evaluation of employees. Including supervising, hiring, disciplining, firing, and training of sales representative
- Work with suppliers and sales leadership to identify optimal product mix for the DC
- Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and project management, to align business development efforts with overall company objectives and ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement : Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and tactics, implementing adjustments as needed to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth
- Other Duties as needed to support a growing team.
