Attorney (Personal Injury or Oil and Gas)
We are seeking an attorney with 2-8 years of experience in either personal injury or oil and gas. Don't worry if you only have knowledge in one area we will provide training for the other.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in personal injury or oil and gas cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents.
- Manage case files and work closely with clients and colleagues.
- Participate in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Qualifications :
- 2-8 years of experience in personal injury or oil and gas law.
- Licensed in the state of Texas
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
