Primary Responsibilities

  • Outside Sales. The majority of this role is new business development.
  • Use a systematic approach to identify and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts including facilities managers, property managers, C-level executives, and other commercial facility professionals.
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and educate clients on the benefits of emergency preparation.
  • Participate in and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events, including industry association meetings.
  • Respond quickly to fire and water emergencies to secure jobs.
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle effectively.

Work Schedule and Travel

This is a full-time position. The hours are hours 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday, however the role may require longer hours and flexibility based on business needs and scheduled events.

Local travel may be up to 90%, primarily during the business day. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be necessary, particularly during storm damage responses in other states.

Compensation

Salary with uncapped commission and significant performance based bonuses.
