Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our exceptional team.

As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care, ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
- Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse.
- Provide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being.
- Observe and meticulously record residents' vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularities.
- Maintain clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, including handling their laundry when necessary.
- Adhere strictly to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of our residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Requirements :
- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
