Salary : $25 an hour

Schedule : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4pm

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to install and maintain complex equipment.
  • Travel to client sites approximately 30% of the time for installations, repairs, and support.
  • Utilize mechanical and electrical prints to assemble, analyze, test, and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and support profitability.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting over the phone and on-site repairs or upgrades.
  • Conduct equipment installations, reassembly, and testing at customer locations.
  • Train equipment operators and maintenance personnel on machine operations and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Perform testing of customer products, ensuring they meet required specifications.
  • Complete job-related paperwork, such as time scanning and providing information to engineering.
  • Offer remote support to customers and field salespeople.
  • Assist with final assembly and factory acceptance testing in our facility.
  • Maintain a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Perform other assigned or required duties. Qualifications :
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an automated industry / manufacturing environment.
  • Possession of an AA degree and / or technical school training in mechanical, electrical engineering, or computer science field.
  • Advanced knowledge of mechanical and electrical practices, electrical theory, PLC programming, pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret and follow detailed mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools, hand, power, and air tools.
  • Excellent electrical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with servomotor control.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and physical dexterity to perform tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
