Business CRM Analytics Analyst
Will be part of a F / O facing sell-side equities team who provides the data management infrastructure, analytical tools, and insights to drive improved business performance and monetize buy-side revenue.
This role requires strong technical acumen including data capture, cleaning, integration, and analysis of various data sets spanning across research, sales, and trading functions.
Seeking to add an organized, detail-oriented, analytical technical member to this team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and maintain key data; provide reporting and analysis for leadership and client-facing producers
- Help drive CRM system enhancements, toolkit buildout, data quality, and user satisfaction
- Assist in the monthly data capture and broker portal process to monetize clients service consumption
- Support data-driven, performance review processes with particular focus on equities research and sales. TECHNICAL / PROGRAMMING SKILLS
- Must have Advanced Excel; expert knowledge of and experience with built-in excel functions and formulas are a must
- Experience working with Excel VBA / Macros, SQL (Relational databases) preferred
- Python programming on Excel with Openpyxl / Pandas / NumPy is a plus
- Understanding SQL relational datasets to maintain real-time access of valuable data points DATA MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Managing CRM systems with focus on improving quality of data captured and analytical capabilities
- Leveraging CRM data to create accurate, valuable reports for senior management and key users
- Understanding Salesforce data model for data capture, reporting, and analytics is a plus
- Synthesizing data sources from outside vendors with internal CRM data to generate meaningful insights BUSINESS ANALYTICS
- Strong critical thinking, including pattern analysis, to execute ad hoc projects for Equities management
- Familiarity with sell-side equity business, key performance metrics, and reporting architecture is a plus PRESENTATION DEVELOPMENT & SUPPORT
- Using PowerPoint / Excel to create compelling presentations and visualization of data GENERAL

- Excellent attention to detail, accurate, and reliable follow-up skills. Able to multitask with flexible mindset
- Working experience with Salesforce-based CRM system is a plus
- Able to commit to working F / O desk hours - 8 : 00AM-5 : 00PM;
- Is a hybrid workweek of in office T / W / R
- Bachelors or Masters degree with a focus on Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems
- 2 - 5 years of financial services or consulting experience
