About the Role :

Are you excited to drive meaningful change and support people operations? Boston Scientific is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Arden Hills, MN, where you’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy.

In this role, you will be instrumental in aligning human capital strategies and the HR operating model with business goals, contributing to overall organizational performance.

By providing strategic HR support, you will foster a positive work environment, improve employee engagement, and drive long-term success.

This hybrid role is based out of our Arden Hills, MN location, with a requirement of three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide HR guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, succession planning, talent management, supervisor development, and compliance with employment law.
  • Partner with management to address employee morale, performance, and development, with a focus on engaging front-line supervisors.
  • Ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees by advising managers on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to meet the needs of business units and apply business knowledge in human capital decisions.
  • Lead and influence change management initiatives to improve organizational performance and develop human capital.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience and / or direct leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and collaborating with front-line supervisors.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Hmong.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working within an HR Center of Excellence or matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering group presentations and training.
  • Experience partnering with plant leadership to drive HR initiatives.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data to leadership.
  • General knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
