Job Description
- Must have 7+ years of experience in Administration activities related to Informatica and advanced tools of Informatica.
- Must have good experience in installing Informatica 9.x architecture platform, configuring, adding, and managing Informatica and its advanced components.
- Should be able to suggest the best suitable Informatica architecture & configuration, sizing for servers in various environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
- Define and set up platform best practices for users, privileges, roles, and permissions.
- Assign users to groups, privileges to roles, and roles to groups. Assign permissions and manage the domain.
- Manage repositories and repository folders. Backup and migrate the Informatica domain database.
- Well versed with ETL concepts and expertise on Informatica tool 8.x and above.
- Very strong experience in PL / SQL, SQL Stored Procedures, Data analysis.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Self-starter who can perform a consultant role.
- Good knowledge of SDLC.
- Well versed with ETL methodologies and best practices.
- Should be well versed with performance tuning guidelines.
