In this structured earn while you learnplan youll learn all aspects of the company while being groomed torun your own facility.
Train in the warehouse as you learn theproduct lines move into sales and marketing (both inside and out inthe field) and finally operations including financials commercialcredit P&L and branch staffing.
Earn acompetitive base salary of $61000 plus branch profit sharing whileyou learn and enjoy a generous benefit package that includeshospital medical dental and 401K.
Promote after training to manageyour own branch as if it were your own business. Many managers withthis firm earn over six figures annually and over 70% of thecompanys upper management began in this very program.

Profit Center Manager JobResponsibilities
- Gain a deepunderstanding of the material supplyindustry
- Meet the minimum criteria in eachfacet of the training program
- Learn to read andmanage a profit and loss statement identify areas of opportunityand work to develop plans and strategies to improve identifiedmetrics
- Develop a proficiency in sales andbusiness development
