ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Responsibilities : Implement and monitors patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration :

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following : Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.Education :
• Diploma from an accredited school / college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.Additional PreferencesMust be Licensed RN in state of Indiana and have exceptional critical thinking abilities.

Must be able to interpret cardiac rhythms, waveforms, and pressures.Experience in Critical Care including working with patients that are intubated, sedated, and with altered ability to communicate.

Must be comfortable working under pressure.Must have excellent communication skills.This is a Monday -Friday position that will be worked in a blended fashion of 6am and some 7am depending on department that they will be working in.
