C. as an eDiscovery Counsel , where you’ll take a leading role in high-stakes litigation and cutting-edge discovery solutions for some of the nation’s top clients.

This role is open to either the Dallas, Houston, Austin locations

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the entire eDiscovery process, from data collection to production, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.
• Draft and implement tailored ESI protocols , leveraging your knowledge of complex data structures and legal requirements.
• Lead eDiscovery strategy and collaborate with litigation teams to advise on discovery best practices.
• Utilize forensic tools and techniques to preserve, collect, and analyze electronically stored information (ESI) in a defensible manner.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and clients to manage eDiscovery workflows, and oversee document review and production.
• Stay current with emerging trends in eDiscovery, forensics, and legal technology to offer innovative solutions.
• Advise and train attorneys and clients on eDiscovery and data management protocols.

Qualifications :

• J.D. from an accredited law school and holds Bar in Texas
• 5+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, preferably within a large law firm
• Proven experience in forensic data collection and analysis, with familiarity in forensic tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating ESI protocols in complex litigation matters.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Everlaw).
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first approach.
