Responsibilities :

• Contribute to developing innovative deep learning and statistical models for efficient e-commerce logistics and ETA predictions.
• Harness data mining tools to construct logistics network knowledge graphs, contributing to a robust early warning system.
• Participate in crafting advanced predictive models for express package trajectories to improve network dynamics understanding and service accuracy.
• Assist in creating an optimized Service Network Design (SND) model to facilitate the smart expansion of our logistics operations.
• Support the design and implementation of predictive models for various logistics events, contributing to overall service improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

• Master's or Phd degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or related fields.
• Graduate with a background in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Strong understanding of applied machine learning and Big Data tools.
• Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Demonstrated software engineering experience from previous internship, work experience, coding competitions, or publications
• Internship experience or research experience, especially in e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, and transportation.
• Publications at conferences such as KDD, NeurIPS, WWW, SIGIR, WSDM, CIKM, ICLR, ICML, IJCAI, AAAI.
• Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship
• High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities
