About The Role

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Direct the lending operations of the Branch, ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, sales, and growth plans
• Originate and manage a loan portfolio of $20 million or higher
• Meet or exceed annual budgeted operating and growth plan : maintain / improve the financial stability of the branch
• Develop and maintain business partner relationships within the community and area schools
• Work in tandem with the Branch Operations Manager and support the operational side of the branch

About You

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Ten years of similar or related experience
• Education equivalent to a college degree

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY :

• Good computer skills
• Communication skills
• Strong managerial skills

Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance. Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include : The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures;

transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and / or operation / inspection of machines and / or using measurement devices at distances close to the eyes.
