This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual to shape the future of healthcare technology in a rapidly growing, private-equity backed company.
Key responsibilities :
Product Strategy :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and mission.
- Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and gather user insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other C-suite executives to prioritise product development initiatives and resource allocation.
Product Development :
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, to launch.
- Oversee a high-performing in-house development team and collaborate with offshore resources to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
- Implement robust product management processes, including requirements gathering, project tracking, and quality assurance.
Product Innovation :
- Foster a culture of innovation within the product team and the wider organisation.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and emerging trends in the healthcare industry.
- Explore new product concepts and technologies through a combination of internal development and strategic acquisitions.
Market Expansion :
- Support the company's global expansion by tailoring products and solutions for specific markets, including Australia, India, and Germany.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Stakeholder Management :
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the CEO, COO, CFO, and development teams.
- Engage with external partners, customers, and investors to gather feedback and build product advocacy.
