Currently, Teltonika USA is looking for a part-time Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to join our team in Irving, Texas .
In this role, your duties will relate to the shipping and receiving of Teltonika products and materials.
In this role you will :
- Schedule, and manage the movement of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth coordination of logistics activities
- Monitor shipments in real-time, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or issues that arise
- Provide shipment status updates to internal and external stakeholders, address any inquiries or concerns
- Identify and resolve logistics-related issues, such as delays, damage, or incorrect shipments

Our offer :
- Work type : On-site at our office location (5000 Riverside Dr, Irving, TX 75039)
- Training : Onboarding on Teltonika s internal systems, product related topics;
- Benefits : Health benefits fully funded by the company after 3 months; 3 weeks of Paid Vacation; 6 Sick days and a day off on your Birthday
- Working hours : 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
- Compensation : $15-19 per hour depending on experience
