About The Position
Details : Position : Travel Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN UM) Speciality : Nursing Home Contract Duration : 8 weeks (with the possibility of extension) Location : Mount Olive, NC (28365) Shift Duration : 8 hours / Morning / 7 AM to 3 : 30 PM (Any 5 days a week) Weekly Hour : 40 Hours
- Promotes and restores patients’ health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient’s care.
- Directs and develops nursing staff by creating schedules, offering advice, and answering any health-related questions.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff.
- Provides physical and psychological support for patients, as well as their friends and families.
- Maintains the nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Assures quality of care by developing and interpreting hospital and nursing divisions.
- Enforces adherence to the state board of nursing and state nurse practice requirements.
- Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training nurses and auxiliary staff.

Job Requirements
Experience - Minimum 6 months Certification - BLS from AHA License - Active State or Compact RN License Vaccination - Covid Card or Medical / Religious Exemption
