We're seeking a dedicated Medical Biller to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Biller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic runs smoothly by accurately processing and submitting medical claims to insurance companies.

This is an in-person position based out of our company's Headquarters location.

Key Responsibilities :

• Data submission : Submitting medical claims to insurance companies with meticulous attention to detail.
• Claim processing : Overseeing all claims processing activities in our clearinghouse.
• AR reporting : Providing accurate and timely AR reports to management.
• Insurance updates : Adding new insurance payers to our system and maintaining up-to-date information.
• Claim follow-up : Aggressively pursuing unpaid claims with insurance companies.
• Team support : Assisting team members with inquiries and providing guidance.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding (CPT, ICD-10).
• Proficiency in using medical billing software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
