Job Description
The Supervisor, Strategy defines daily functional management of client needs and assists in the leadership of the Strategy team.
You will report to either the Associate Director, Strategy or Director, Strategy.
Your Impact :
- You will possess a deep understanding of the HCP (Health Care Professional) audience.
- You will possess in-depth understanding of the role of media channels in a plan.
- You will further develop your expertise in different media research tools.
- You will provide support to the Director, Strategy and VP, Strategy.
- You will manage a team of direct reports and oversee :
- Onboarding
- Performance Management
- Training processes and tools
- Team workload management and delegation
- Outcomes and deliverables of the team
- Coaching the team to achieve client and agency requests
- You will manage multiple accounts and transition between them conducting the following activities :
- Providing initial perspectives on media strategies.
- Inputting to clients to help shape their marketing priorities.
- Developing daily relationships with appropriate clients on assigned brands.
- Overseeing overall media strategy, approach, and plan on each account.
- Managing the media channel mix and initial budget allocation & rationale.
- Representing the interests of other capability teams in client and agency partner meetings.
- Collaborating with internal leaders to ensure strategic agreement of deliverables with client needs.
- Pushing for continuous improvement of self, team, and client deliverables.
- You may be asked to contribute to new business and organic growth efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years media planning experience.
- 1+ years HCP media planning and media strategy experience.
- 6 months to 1+ years management experience.
- 1+ year of cross-channel media planning experience.
- Familiarity with standard media research and planning tools.
