Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with finance and executive teams to build accurate forecast models for headcount planningCoordinate with in-house and outsourced teams to monitor and manage service levelsOversee scaled frontline operations with multiple agent pods to ensure timely responses to patients and providersRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience in workforce management, including capacity planning and schedule optimizationAdvanced proficiency with spreadsheets (GSheets / Excel) and workforce management softwareExperience managing multiple lines of business and large teams of over 200 agentsProven ability to drive quantified objectives and collaborate with BPO partnersBackground knowledge in finance or accounting is preferred
