We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our Northwood, OH Online Metals office.

Key Accountabilities :

• Accurately enter and process orders and customer satisfaction forms
• Develop new customers and unattended existing customers through aggressive out calling and follow-up
• Provide assistance to customers on website navigation
• Answer customers questions regarding products, services and delivery
• Utilize organizational techniques while paying strong attention to detail
• Provide sales support, office administration, and process customer debits and credits
• Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures
• Work in team environment, communicating as required with all personnel

Your profile

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in a related field or comparable work experience
• Solid computer knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills to sell
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Direct telephone selling experience

Preferred Requirements :

• 2 to 3 years sales experience
• 2 years of metals experience
• Knowledge of products being sold by the business unit
