WHAT WE DO :

• We manufacture supports, straps, and body positioning devices that improve quality of life for wheelchair users.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

Pay rate : $29 - $40 / hr

Temp-to-hire role (fantastic benefits available in regular position - occurs usually around 3 mo)

OR, in some cases, depending on the client's needs,

Direct hire* (with benefits) may be available

100% on-site : You'll be in the heart of Pioneer Square, near Lumen Field - public transport is great!

Mon - Fri, full-time, Early morning start (as early as 7a)

THE POSITION :

Oversees and processes all aspects of accounts receivable and is a back-up for accounts payable; income revenue reporting;

and city and state tax reporting and compliance. Ensures the integrity and accuracy of accounting data from various departments and financial modules.

Maintains customer data ensuring that accurate and timely reporting is provided to internal and external customers. Coordinates monthly and quarterly financial processes and reports.

BE A STAND OUT BY HAVING :

• More than 2 years in accounting, accounts receivable, general ledger and financial reporting - strong understanding of GAAP principles
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English
• Demonstrated you can exercise strict confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software knowledge - preferably Syspro
• Ability to multi-task frequently while meeting deadlines
