หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- ติดต่อเสนอขายรถยนต์ และสินค้าของบริษัทฯ ทางช่องทาง Online ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- บันทึกข้อมูล รายละเอียดของลูกค้าลงแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ในระบบ SEM ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- จัดหากลุ่มลูกค้ามุ่งหวัง และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลให้หัวหน้าแผนกขายเพื่อตรวจสอบและลงระบบ Prospect กับทาง Sales Support
- ตอบคำถาม และให้ข้อมูลลูกค้าได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ติดตามผล รักษาฐานของลูกค้าเป้าหมาย และกำหนดเวลานัดหมายลูกค้าสำหรับการสาธิตยานพาหนะ
- ประสานงานเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการขาย เกี่ยวกับการสั่งรถ / การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ / ของแถม ตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
- Update ข่าวสาร ความรู้ที่ทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ และโปรโมชั่น
- ส่งเสริมการขายและกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ผ่านช่องทาง Online ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรายการ PROMOTION
- ติดตาม ดูแลประสานงานแก้ไชปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งก่อน และหลังการขาย
- เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมการขายออนไลน์และโปรแกรมการศึกษาสำหรับโซเชียลมีเดียและการพัฒนาออนไลน์อย่างมืออาชีพ
- ศึกษาข้อมูลข่าวสารใหม่ ๆ ทั้งของบริษัทฯ และคู่แข่งผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ การขาย การตลาด การบริการหลังการขายและอื่น ๆ
- ประสานงานและให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ของสาขา ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการตามระบบคุณภาพตาม BMWT กำหนด
- ให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศและสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า
- อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจาก Online Sales Manager

- ผู้มีสัญชาติไทย วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือการขายออนไลน์ สามารถปิดการขายได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
- ประสบการณ์การตลาดในกลุ่มสินค้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- มีความรู้ด้านการสร้างเนื้อหาและเข้าใจพฤติกรรมของลูกค้าจากระบบออนไลน์เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะในการขาย การเจรจาต่อรอง มีความมั่นใจ และมีใจบริการ
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในสำนักงาน และ Internet
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และสามารถปฏิบัติงาน Roadshow , Event ในต่างจังหวัดได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมตัดต่อ แต่งภาพ / VDO ได้ในระดับพื้นฐานจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
