Business Systems Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst with our client in their New York, NY location. This is a 12 month + and possible right to hire position.

This is a hybrid remote position that requires 3 days onsite.

Summary :

Seeking a Business Systems Analyst.

Responsibilities :

• Under general supervision, formulates and defines systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.
• Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
• Guides and advises less-experienced Business Systems Analysts.
• Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Related business experience in the investment / securities industry.

Requirements :

• Business Analysis.
• Trading Applications.
• Fixed Income product knowledge.
• BA / BS in Business or related area.
• Working knowledge of standard design methodologies and principles.
• A strong business perspective and knowledge of the characteristics and analytics associated with complex fixed income instruments.
• Knowledge of the processing and modeling associated with derivative instruments a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong business and analytical skills, excellent communication skills.
• Experience and track record of leading / managing successful large scale project implementations.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.

Pay rate range : $75.00 - $78.00 hourly
