On call rotation includes varied week days, weekends and holidays. On call will be a rotation - you will be on call for a week day that starts after your shift and goes until 7a the next morning.
weekend call is 1 day during your weekend - 24 hours (7a-7a) with a 30 minute response time.Skills : Attention to detail, and adaptability are essential.
Strong communication, and critical thinking skills as well as knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques and anesthesia management.
