About the Role :

Job Title : Logistics Coordinator - Development Field Inventory

Job Description :

Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the logistics and supply chain activities.

This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of hardware and other goods, supporting our business needs and program deadlines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Inventory Management : Facilitate the logistics of Development Field inventory using UPS WorldShip and ticketing systems.

Communication : Effectively communicate logistics information through multiple tools, including SAP, Jira, Excel, and Smartsheet.

Supply Chain Alignment : Ensure hardware supply is aligned with business needs. Promptly detect and communicate any misalignments, propose resolutions, and escalate as necessary to prevent delays or schedule slippage.

SOP and SLA Management : Manage and oversee Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and other terms, conditions, and agreements with Logistics Service Providers.

Delivery Management : Manage and facilitate delivery timelines to ensure key hardware build and test activities are not hindered.

Shipment Coordination : Coordinate shipments with external third-party courier services and manage weekend shipments with cross-departmental customers to meet program deadlines.

International Shipments : Collaborate with trade and export compliance teams and internal customers to accurately execute international shipments.

Must Haves :

Inventory and Shipping / Receiving Experience : Strong background in inventory management and shipping / receiving.

Logistics Experience : Proven experience in logistics roles, with a minimum of 1-3 years in the field.

Supply Chain Analysis : Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain processes.

Software Proficiency : Knowledge of and ability to learn new software for ticketing, such as Jira.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Manufacturing Experience : Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Interest in Drones : A keen interest in drones and their technology.

Location : Seattle, WA

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between 50- 55K Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
