Mechanical Engineer
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Help design mechanical systems for commercial and government buildings.
- Assist the project team with HVAC load calculations
- Determine system sizing and layouts
- Calculate HVAC equipment sizes
- Select HVAC equipment
- Completing field surveys
- Preparing CAD drawings.
- Occasional travel to assist in the installation of mechanical systems on job sites, reviewing shop drawings, and performing construction administration functions.
Skills / Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience working with HVAC systems
- Exposure to Revit
Work Environment
This is a fully in-office position. You would be working with a smart, friendly group of engineers who enjoy pushing themselves and being creative.
Everyone on the team is mechanically inclined and likes to tinker with mechanics.
