Shift : Nights / 6 : 45p-7 : 15a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Every other weekend

Length : 17 weeks

Holidays Must be flexible and work in with core staff

Other Details :

• Float between all 4 ICUs and Cardiology / Stepdown unit (with an abbreviated assignment). They do not float to the ER. If they float out to a med surg unit, they float as helping hands and are not allowed to have a patient assignment but they are able to perform nursing task.
• EMR Meditech
• No first time travelers
• Ratios 1 to 2 depends on acuity; open heart 1 to 1 travelers do not need to have open heart experience and will only take if experience
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients Sepsis, DKA, PN, ARDS, MODS, CV surgeries, post vascular procedures, CRRT (do not need experience in CRRT), IABP (do not need experience)
