Additional Compensation Details :
- $23.00 per hour Dependent on Experience and Location of Role
- Potential 90-day performance-based raise
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

4 : 00pm - 12 : 30am
The Role
We are seeking hard-working and reliable warehouse workers to join our growing operation. In this role, you will pull partial orders and prepare them for delivery to customers;
and any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
- Pick orders via headset in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
- Follow food safety quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, 35-45 degrees
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs frequently
- Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities
- Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adhere to all food and safety protocols and procedures
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required
