Refrigeration Service Technician Commercial Division

Summary :
We are seeking a Refrigeration Service Technician to join our Commercial division! In this role, you will perform service, repairs, and maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.
You will also receive a company-issued vehicle and advanced tooling, with all expenses covered. Installation experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect and repair refrigeration equipment, replacing components as necessary
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Respond to emergency service requests
- Adhere to company and industry safety standards
- Utilize an iPad for payment processing and communication with consumers
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in HVAC / R or a related field
- Knowledge of HVAC / R wiring diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks (must be able to lift / push / pull at least 50 lbs., perform overhead work, crawl, and squat)
- 5-7+ years of HVAC / R service experience (required for Journeyman-level positions)
- EPA Universal certification
- NATE Core certification is strongly preferred

Work Schedule :
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
- On-call duties, overnight shifts, and weekends as required
Supplemental Pay :
