ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Accounts Payable Specialist at Robert Half in Meridian, Idaho, United States Job Description Description We are in the market for a meticulous Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing invoices for payments, auditing expense reports, and using a variety of accounting software systems.

This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities - Manage and process invoices for payments in a timely and accurate manner - Conduct regular audits on expense reports to ensure their accuracy and compliance - Utilize MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for various accounting functions - Prepare for a potential transition to Oracle within the next year - Utilize knowledge of Account Coding and Enterprise Resource Planning to streamline processes - Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions - Ensure all accounting functions align with established policies and regulations - Respond to and resolve any inquiries related to accounts payable - Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
