Soul Refiner is the first streaming platform that’s providing churches and individuals with proven, Bible-based tools and strategies that bring healing and restoration to their lives.

We’re looking for a highly talented, motivated and experienced person for this role in our Stuart, Florida studio. You will be working with our talented creative team to coordinate film productions, provide expert knowledge to increase our production quality, and learn all phases of the film production cycle.

You will be part of a small, collaboration-oriented team where you will have the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways.

Most importantly you’ll have the chance to help create content that brings freedom, restoration, and discipleship to millions of people all over the world through powerful cinematic teaching series.

These films are hosted at SoulRefiner.com and used by thousands of small groups in over 100 nations.

What Winning Looks Like

• Working along with the producer to develop film concepts and ideas
• Project research, gathering information and knowledge from available resources
• Hiring, arranging and organizing crew members and supervising production personnel
• Coordinating set construction, supervise lighting and sound plans
• Active involvement in the creative side of the job by pitching ideas, helping to develop stories and scripts and suggesting improvements
• Partner with the creative team to understand the overall vision of a film and requirements + communicate them across the production floor.
• Sync up with the producer on progress and momentum + follow up on budgets.
• Look for opportunities to improve and improve our processes, methods, and practices.
• Take part in recruitment to build your team + foster their professional growth and career progression.

Skills Needed to Win

• Around 3 years of experience in production or project management
• Thrives in an open, collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Familiarity with a variety of project management methodologies
• A people-oriented approach : sure, you care about results, but you never lose sight of the dedicated people behind them
