We're actively seeking an accomplished attorney with a portable book of business to step into a pivotal Partner Level role within our dynamic legal team.

The seasoned Partner Level Attorney will be filling a pivotal role for the team and be recognized for their unique experience and contributions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Spearheading the creation of pivotal legal documents Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions with expert knowledge and precision, while overseeing junior attorneys' work.
• Directing and guiding Discovery processes, utilizing expertise to gather essential case information effectively and efficiently.
• Serving as a primary liaison with clients to ensure clear communication, provide case updates, and gather vital details for strategic case management.
• Conducting in-person court appearances for various matters, leveraging extensive experience to represent clients effectively and to develop new business opportunities.
• Providing mentorship and support to junior attorneys, fostering their professional development and contributing to overall team growth and success.

Qualifications :

• Active State Bar license with 4+ years of experience and a portable book of business exceeding $1MM.
• Demonstrated leadership and a proven track record in managing complex cases from inception to resolution, with a strong emphasis on business development.
• Extensive knowledge of legal practice and procedures, enabling expert guidance and representation, along with a deep understanding of various practice areas.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude, coupled with exceptional communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software for streamlined case preparation, representation, and business development activities.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Competitive compensation with potential earnings of $150,000 - $200,000, contingent on experience and portable book of business, with additional incentives for exceeding business development targets.

Schedule and Location :

• Full-time position based in Minneapolis
• Stable Monday to Friday work schedule.
