Key Responsibilities : * *Court Appearances : * Handle substantive court appearances, presenting cases effectively before judges and negotiating settlements.

• Client Representation : * Represent a diverse clientele including creditors' committees, indenture trustees, landlords, and trade creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
• Case Management : * Manage and oversee various bankruptcy cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.* *Legal Research and Writing : * Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, motions, and briefs.
• Team Collaboration : * Work collaboratively with colleagues across different offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment.
• Client Relations : * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and legal counsel.

Qualifications : Qualifications : * *Experience : * 3rd to 8th year associates with substantial prior bankruptcy experience in a law firm.

• Academic Credentials : * Top academic credentials from a recognized law school.* *Analytical Skills : * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-Relations Skills : * Excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
• Teamwork : * Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.* *Bar Admission : * Active bar admission in the resident and / or affiliated office location.
