Responsibilities & Qualifications
Due to continuing growth, we are seeking a SERVICE DIRECTOR to join our Specialty healthcare services team in Denver, CO!
The Service Director will manage 5 District Manager direct reports, and a total team of 30 Service Associates. Responsibilities include staffing and hiring, training and development, customer service management including problem resolution, and profitable growth within existing accounts.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum of 3 years of Operations Management, Service Management operational experience (Route sales,) and / or Sales Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience
- Ability and willingness to hold people accountable and to follow policies and procedures
- Strong organizational and oral communications skills
- Proficient with MS Office, general PC applications; Excel a plus
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Ability to manage and maintain a recurring revenue stream; budgeting experience preferred
- Excellent leadership and development, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- growth mindset with ability to think strategically and to scale up operations and talent
