As our Insurance Sales Specialist, your knowledge of insurance products equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value.

Responsibilities :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Contact accounts to provide insurance quotes through phone, email, and text.
- Outbound calls to obtain prospective customers.
- Obtain referrals and make pivots to additional insurance products based on customer needs.
- Meet established marketing activities goals by following up with leads, prospects, and clients to nurture relationships and facilitate additional sales opportunities.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to completing tasks every day.
Qualifications :
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, business development, sales development, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is not required, but is a plus!
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients to understand their needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pivot and adjust sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
- Accuracy in managing customer information, processing sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
