We are seeking a Strategy & Change Management Specialist - Senior with at least 5 years of experience in supervising teams and leading strategy and change management programs.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
Requirements
- Supervise teams in leading and managing strategy and change management programs.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive organizational change.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
- Must have a favorably completed NACI or T1 investigation equivalent, including an FBI fingerprint check, prior to installation access.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role focused on strategy and change management.
Certifications :
Information Assurance (IA) certification as specified by DoD 8570.01-M, to be completed within 7 days of task order award.
